He also makes all sorts of pieces to make his cuts/pieces. My grandfather was like that on a smaller scale. His work shop had all these pieces of wood that looked like scraps to me, but they were patterns, jigs, chamfers blah blah blah. I wish now i had listen more closely, I'd still have all my fingers.
