Well I'm not saying fire the guy, but when it's 4th and 8, or 4th and 15 and your in range you kick the FG.
It's not like ND would have lost if he missed it.

yeah I know what you are saying I think he could have gone either way with it, and with how walkers kick looked earlier I think that it is understandable not to have faith in him right now. Also Weis is a risk taker sometimes taking the risks payoff sometimes they dont.
I can't believe some of you guys are suggesting Weis' decision to skip the field goal was the right call. 4th and 8, in range -- you kick it. The odds are better of making it than connecting on 4th and 8. Those are just the simple freaking odds. Why would you bet against them???

This is taking too much out of me. The coaches continue to do their best to lose another game. CW appears no better than Faust. He's not a leader he needs to be led. Deleware can beat Navy but we can't. 7 points in the second half. I would bring Clausen in. With the exception of one good play/pass Sharpley has played poorly. One good play does not make up for a lousy game. At this point ND might as well lose and add another insult to a year's long injury. On the last drive if CW was always going to go for it he should have just kept running the ball up the middle instead of setting up 4th & 8. He doesn't know what he wants. If he wasn' t doing such a nice job recruiting he would be gone just like Ty.

no, i've been nervous on the last two attempts. kinda ironic since it was navy that has missed two this game(one didnt count cause of penalty).

phew! that was a moment where i wondered why not just kick the field goal. we're getting awfully lucky, and it could backfire soon.
