I'm officially on the Ducks vs. Buckeyes bandwagon. Oregon fans will undoubtedly be thinking that Oregon is unstoppable, after finally getting over the USC hump. They'll fail to realize that this is not the '05 USC team they beat, and will believe the Ducks to be invincible. "Well, we beat USC." Although.............the Buckeyes run defense will have to play better than they did against Penn State. They may have only given up 139 yards rushing, but Penn State averaged 6.0 yards a carry. But I would just LOVE to see the Oregon fans get all pumped and deluded about beating the Buckeyes, only to get manhandled. Of course, they will need some help from the ACC and the SEC. (BC and LSU will each have to lose, for Oregon to jump them), but I just want to see it. And then gloat about it. :devil_2:

Kansas and Hawaii, the last two unbeaten teams.

I don't know. After what tOSU did to Penn State, I find it hard to believe that Wisconsin or Illinois or Michigan is going to beat them. Especially when Michigan is the only road game for the Buckeyes, in that group.

Nonsense - all of you.

The MNC game will be the Blue squad vs. the Gold squad.

Although Hawaii and Kansas would be a great pick to see in the National Championship its just not going to happen. Kansas is good but they WILL NOT go undefeated. Hawaii on the other hand will go undefeated but get shafted like most unbeaten teams do by the lovely Bull Crap System (BCS). Ohio State is going to get beat by MICHIGAN, yeah thats right, the WOLVERINES are gonna smack the buckeyes right in the face. Now then, after that happens it going to come down to this:

LSU VS. OREGON

I'm not trying to rip ACamp's boys, but do you honestly think they'll beat both Mizzou, and Oklahoma?

Just between you and me, I don't think it will really be KU and Hawaii. But the way this season is going, I think there's gonna be some funky bowl matchups. Now don't let ACamp know, he might sick the kitty on me.

NDOM, that would be nice. What I see is BC winning out the rest of that pansy schedule and then pulling one out against VaTech, only to get run over by ... well, anyone.

I'm surprised that OSU still isn't getting any respect after drilling PSU in Happy Valley.

I'm sorry, man, but I just don't buy into Hawaii getting "shafted", if they go undefeated and don't play in the NC game. Hawaii is in the WAC. There's a couple of good teams in the WAC (Boise State and Hawaii), and then a bunch of mediocre to poor teams. In my mind, a one loss LSU is far more deserving than an undefeated Hawaii who played in a piss-poor conference and then played Northern Colorado, UNLV, Charleston Southern, and Washington, out of conference.

I agree an undefeated Hawaii doesn't necessarily merit a spot in the national championship game, but they should have the opportunity to go to something better than the Fruit Bowl. Now, if they played all of their non-conf games against good BCS schools and still went undefeated, then I might feel otherwise.

Kansas wins out they should be in over a one loss LSU team!!!! That means they would have to beat 2 top ten teams Mizzo and Oklahoma to get there!!!

There is NO ONE in the LAME big ten that will give OSU a game!!!

I agree w/ your matchup: LSU vs. OREGON.

I disagree w/ Hawaii deserving a shot. They've had to fight to the end to beat some below average teams. They aren't too impressive on the road...off the island. I'll admit I haven't kept up w/ Brennan lately, but doesn't he have a pretty high number of picks to go w/ his other gaudy stats.

To Hawaii's defense, they were originally suppose to start their season in Ann Arbor this year. Michigan didn't want any part of the Warriors & replaced them w/ App. St.

All I Have To Say Is Go Blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Hate The Buckeye's Worse Than Any Sports Team On The Planet. Their Fans Are Absolutely The Worst. Finally, They Played A Terrible Out Of Conference Schedule. Youngstown St, Akron, Kent, Washington. I Hope That Henne And Hart Go Wild On Them In Ann Arbor.

OSU vs Kansas

I don't know for sure that I buy this. My Visa is out, but I haven't swiped it yet.

Kansas, if they win out, will have beaten two ranked teams. Going on today's rankings, they will have beaten #7 Missouri, and #4 Oklahoma. Impressive, except that, outside of those two teams, Kansas has played no one!
Kanasas' schedule:

Central Michigan (5-4)
SE Louisiana (2-7)
Toledo (5-5)
Florida International (0-9)
@Kansas State (5-4)
Baylor (3-7)
@Colorado (5-5)
@Texas A&M (6-4)
Nebraska (4-6)
@Oklahoma State (5-4)
Iowa State (2-8)
#7 Missouri (8-1)
#4 Oklahoma (8-1)

Neither Missouri nor Oklahoma could drop another game, and me still buy this argument.

LSU's schedule:

Miss. State (5-4)
#11 Va. Tech. (7-2)
Middle Tenn. St. (5-5)
South Carolina (6-4)
@Tulane (2-7)
#17 Florida (6-3)
@#24 Kentucky (6-3) LOSS
#18 Auburn (7-3)
@#21 Alabama (6-3)
La. Tech. (4-5)
@Mississippi (3-7)
Arkansas (6-3)
Probably #10 Georgia (7-2)

The schedules are pretty lopsided, in LSU's favor. But undefeated trumps a loss. Tough call to make, if you ask me.

LSU v OSU

I never thought i could hate a team as much as Oh How I Hate Ohio State but I now,after living in the south, want nothing more than for a Big Ten Team to wipe the floor with a SEC team and it appears that LSU is the one.

also, kmoose... kansas has played no one... but I still say beating A&M at home ANy year is a quality win...

the second point to be made there is who the hell has tOSU beaten then??? Both of their schedules are ridiculous and honestly Kansas has been going through their schedule and looked just if not more impressive when compared to tOSU

Ohio State's schedule:

Youngstown State (6-4)
Akron (3-6)
@Washington (3-6)
Northwestern (5-5)
@Minnesota (1-9)
@Purdue (7-3)
Kent State (3-6)
Michigan State (5-5)
@Penn State (7-3)
Wisconsin (7-3)
Illinois (7-3)
@#13Michigan (8-2)

Not a lot of ranked teams, but 5 teams with 7 or more wins, compared to 2 on Kansas' schedule. That could change by the end of the season, but at this point it's pretty lopsided. And beating Penn State in Happy Valley is at least equal to beating A&M at home.

sure it is and good enough... and this is all opinon for sure but you put Nebraska and A&M in the Big 10 and they are two/three wins better... you put Purdue and Wisky in the Big 12 and it's the exact opposite...

both conferences are garbage but the Big ten is garbage defined... that's my opinon on that

Don't count out WV. They don't even have a scare game left. If things fall right they may be up there.
