What I like about Charlie Thread.

I like that he run's a pro offense.
I like that he's honest with the fan's and player's.
I like that he's a very good recruiter.
I like that he's a New Jersey boy.
I like he hired Corwin Brown as his Defense Coordinator.
I like that he hasn't rip into his player.
I like that he hasn'e place blame on any player.
I like that his team is not pointing finger's at each other.
I like that he's still pulling in top recruits

I still have faith in Charlie. ANd when he get this team together The Mad Scientist will be back.

I love that CW is the hardest work coach in the nation, and as he said he "will not rest until this team becomes the dynasty that USC has experienced the last 5 years", not verbatim of course.

I love that CW has more heart for this school than any other coach in the country for their respective schools.

I love that CW isn't afraid to take blame, even when it's not his fault.

And MOST of all, I love that CW deferred the kickoff for the first time last saturday showing that he is willing to change!

If you're offensive lineman cant get downfield and block, you're running game has no chance. If you're quarterback can't throw the ball downfield, your passing game has no chance. As the players mature, they will be able to make plays. I like that Weis isnt doing the same things over and over. While yes, everything has failed, atleast he's failed trying.

I think it needs to be noted that a lot of key roles are being played by teenagers. Give the kids a chance to develop.

For him to do so would be simply unthinkable so to give him credit for not doing so is just silly.

I think it's safe to assume that even many of his biggest "defenders" (including many of those who blame this season's woes almost entirely on the Molder of Men) would begin to have some doubts about whether or not CW should stay.

It's just understood that you "don't go there," especially not as the head coach of Notre Dame. Leave that to the fans and the bloggers.
