I dont think it's gotten THAT bad. I think we would have beaten them. I mean, look, with all the terrible play aside, we have had some bright spots. This last week, the DLine and the secondary looked pretty solid, finally. Still havent seen that attack from the 3-4 yet, but they kept the game close for a long time. Our offense is a joke, but the D is pretty stout.

App State is no joke. I'd be willing to bet they could be a lot of 1-A teams -- some of which are ranked. I don't care what game of the season it is, they'd give us all we could handle.

We would stomp them. They are 1AA and our D can play. Their QB would get drilled and not be able to make plays. Our O Line would open holes and we would shove it down their necks. The difference is we do not play 1AA school unlike some people.

WOW! I wish I was in the fantasy world you guys live in! I am just glad all our so called "cupcakes" are at the end of the season so we do not have to hear about getting beat by Navy and/or Airforce...God forbid Duke get their first win in forever against us :-(

So, the majority of people believe App State would have beaten ND in Week 1. Thank God will never have to play them, expect maybe in Bowl Game, oh wait, They are in a division that uses a playoff system, what a novel idea, Someone quick tell the BCS about this playoff system. Well... You did it now. Shouldn't have said that. Playoff talk is crazy revolutionary idealogy according to BCS standards. Big brother NCAA has their back. They have ways to make you comply to the bowl system. That is all I have to say about that.

Don't be surprised if you see unmarked cars tailing you when you come home from work.

I think so. I know Michigan kinda sucks right now, but part of it was that they weren't expecting it. ASU snuck up on them, in a sense. I think we would have won.

I don't think they would have beaten App. State, but, that is why we don't play I-AA teams. So we don't get embarrassed like Meechigan did.
