I was listening to someone talk about DTs and he said that the best DTs hes seen in the last 4 years were that Gerald McCoy, Marvin Austin, and Omar Hunter. I dont know the guys name.

That's good news. I think Omar is going to be a flat out stud for ND, and I think he'll eventually be a dominating starter at NT for ND. I think there's a very good chance that he might end up being the best DL in this huge group they're bringing in, maybe even better than Johnson. I'm really, really glad he didn't end up at UM.

Let's hope so, I've been waiting for it on both sides of the ball, and it just hasn't happened yet. At least we had better see it this year from the O-line, if not, it's going to a long season no matter who's QBing the O.

------It turns out it wasn't a big time break. It was some small bone in his leg that really won't hold him back. So that's a good sign. He is THAT strong and THAT big and still runs a 4.7? Good God....

Well, I remeber Ian Williams metioning that LSU, and other SEC schools were texting him the night before signing day and telling him stay away from ND, and go to Florida. How screwed up is that?!

The text ban goes into effect on August 1st, but Notre Dame benefits from it more than it hurts. There are some shady young men on these coaching staffs that will sacrifice self-respect all in the name of recruiting high school kids. Undoubtedly they are trying to make a name for themselves... I would hate to think a head coach is behind any of the shenanigans.
