ND's Chicago Pipeline Strengthens​

As if Notre Dame's recruiting class wasn't already the stongest in the nation it just got even better today when they picked up a verbal commitment from one of the top LB's in the nation. The newest member of the class is Steve Filer, a top rated ILB from Chicago's Mt. Carmel High School. Steve has long since been a favorite recruit for Irish fans and his commitment came as a big relief to many of the Irish faithfull that had been waiting for this commitment for almost a year now, plus it strengthens that all important pipline to the talent rich Chicago area. With his commitment Steve becomes the 19th member of the Irish recruiting class, and he is their 3rd recruit from Chicagoland area this year. Filer chose the Irish over Ohio State, Michigan, Illinois, and many other mid-western schools.​

Someone needs to fix the Bar of 2008 Notre Dame commits on the right side of the main screen. They have Steve Filer with Joseph Fauria measurables 6'8"/242lbs.
