The games currently available are:
1988- Notre Dame/Michigan- The Irish squeeze out a win on the strength of excellent special teams play and a missed last second field goal by UM’s veteran kicker. The game would get the ball rolling for Notre Dame’s last National Championship season.
1988- Notre Dame/Miami- THE Classic Catholic vs. Convict game. Jimmy Johnson brings college football’s best team and the nation’s longest winning streak into South Bend for a chance at the national title.
1988- Notre Dame/ USC- The Irish go to Los Angeles missing two key players via suspension. Can the Irish overcome the hit and keep their dream season alive??
1989- Fiesta Bowl- Notre Dame/ West Virginia- The Irish capture the 88 National Title on the wave of a strong first half. The game is one of Lou Holtz’s famous, “We have no chance,” games.
1989- Notre Dame/USC- The fight during pregame loomed large over this classic battle. Can the Irish squeeze out the victory over their long hated rival?
1993- Notre Dame/ Florida St.- “The Game of the Century.” Charlie Ward, Bobby Bowden, Derrick Brooks and the ‘Noles come to South Bend for a battle between the nation’s top teams.
2005- Notre Dame/ Pitt- After years of mediocrity the Irish bring a new coach and a now familiar underdog role to Pittsburgh to open the season. Before the game many experts have Pitt as a dark horse for the National Title, after, not so much. Best known for being Weis’ first game and the Shark’s coming out party.
2005- Notre Dame/Tennessee- The Irish must run the table to get into the BCS as they play host to one of the nations best defenses. In the end it is Tommy Z and the Irish D that makes a statement. Perhaps Zibby's best performance to date, a MUST have for any Tom Z fan!!
2006- Notre Dame/UCLA- … “Brady Quinn rolls to the left side, throws it… It’s caught by Samardzija! Inside the 20! Inside the TEN!! HE’S GOING IN!!!! NOTRE DAME HAS SCORED!!! With 27 seconds left!! Brady Quinn does it again!... UNBELIEVABLE!!”
