No, not the same person. This time is was a photographer who wanted to sue because a picture was posted on GoldHelmet that was his...and he demanded money.

It could happen to any site really, but the owner has to be willing/ready to fight back.

YAY, i never got to actually see svo post except for a short time on goldhelmet and from what it seems everybody thought he was quite a good poster...nobody invite FI9 if it is a forum
