well well, looks like were going to have 32 football bowls again this year, seems like we could get a playoff system into this mix somehoww the following are the approved bowls The 32 bowls are: Alamo, Allstate Sugar, AT&T Cotton, AutoZone Liberty, BCS National Championship, Bell Helicopter Armed Forces, Brut Sun, Capital One, Champs Sports, Chick-fil-A, Emerald, Fed Ex Orange, Gator, Gaylord Hotels Music City, GMAC, Humanitarian, Insight, International, Meineke Car Care, Motor City, New Mexico, Outback, Pacific Life Holiday, Papajohns.com, PetroSun Independence, Pioneer Pure Vision Las Vegas, R+L Carriers New Orleans, Rose, San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia, Sheraton Hawaii, Texas and Tostitos Fiesta. don't you think that it's about time for a playoff like the other div schools have. go irish

I'd like to see them to go to the Cotton and beat the crap out of Nebraska, or some SEC (West) team.

I think that's a pretty realistic goal considering the growing pains that ND might face during the early and mid part of this season.

How about the New Mexico Bowl? I could visit my family over the holidays and see the Irish play on one plane ticket. Party at my parents' house...

J/k, it would be too shaming...much as I'd like to see us in a BCS bowl, I'd prefer the Gator or Cotton with a greater chance of victory. I never want to see us in a bowl a la the Insult Bowl after 04.
