2007 Captains

The Captains and leadership committee for the 2007 football season have been named. Travis Thomas and Tom Zbikowski return as captains and they are joined this year by 5th Sr. John Carlson, and true Sr. Maurice Crum. Trevor Laws, John Sullivan and Geoff Price will join the four captains to form the leadership committee.

I know we don't have a lot of seniors, but these guys seem like they'll be very good leaders.

I know this may be a stupid comment with all the star positions open and all the talent but I may be most excited about chris stewert aside from the dwalker blow out (hair cut) he also seems like a real cool guy under pressure like dwalk now I just seen a 3 min clip of his and there are far more star studed storys for this spring and season but we need Dline monsters as bad as QBs

These guys will make great leaders on the feild and off, I hope the team responds to them well.

not just saying this because zibby is my favorite returning starter but I think this will not just be a great season for him, but his leadership will shine and if he wants to, i think he will pursue a successfull career in the nfl

I think the choice of captains is excellent. It gives the guys that need to lead that extra incentive to be models on/off the field.

I think Coach Brown's expertise at secondary coaching should help Zibby shine this year.

Actually from what I understand the SS is exspected to help with the run more in a 3-4 ala Troy Polamalu. I do think that Coach Brown will be great for Zibby as well though.

I know this isn't that relevant, but it is really annoying how none of those players ecxept Crum are on the team in your second year of Dynasty Mode in NCAA 2007, and Ambrose Wooden is gone too. But anyway, it's good to have two of our captains back from last year.
