Seems the exceptional academics (or at least grammar) at Mission Viejo, CA were lost on this guy. Oh well, one less academic casualty for ND.

I don't think there was any real interest after the first meeting. I made this profile when the staff was into see him, Washington WR commit - Austin Osborne and a last minute look at '17 Rover/LB Colin Schooler. That trip was also when ND started recruiting DB Chris Mitchell who I'd be ok with in ND's 2018 class as of right now.

MV has an assistant (WR coach) who is a rabid ND fan and if Geordon Porter doesn't pan out early, I'd seriously jump in on Osborne who is committed to Washington currently. He's 6-3, same 40 & shuttle as ASB, big production at SoCal's #1 or #2 public school. Duke offer (shocked Stanford hasn't as of yet), I'm sure his coach would give Polian and Alexander all the help they need to put a Mitchell / Osborne package together.
