I've never listened to him in an audio format, but I've been reading him for years, and he's anything but liberal. You can read his stuff here. I don't see anything even remotely left-leaning.

Whiskey I just get a blank page when I click the link.

Edit - got it now. Thanks Whiskey.

Consider for a moment the constant berating white people take for being white and not empathizing enough with the plight of any given minority. Now hetero vs gay/trans you get the same thing. And God forbid you are raised in any affluence, you must atone for your sins! These are not conservative creations and Obummer has only thrown gas on the fire.

And you absolutely have been painting Trump support as an immoral act of bigotry. You can argue you have not explicitly done so but it is very evident in your posts of the last few weeks.

Could it be that you don't understand how ignorant you sound? Like we should all feel sorry for white people because blacks and Hispanics are getting all uppity after generations of oppression and racism. Could you really believe that your plight is even in the same stratosphere as what they have been through? ... What they still go through? I first I thought. "He must have forgotten the italics." Guess not.

Here is the thing ... indifference to the blatant bigotry of candidate Trump has that same old rotten stench as actual racism. So much so that even the most ardent observers of the odor cannot discern the difference. If you support a racist, you bear the stink. Sorry.

And Hispanic parents not letting their kids date white people is cute and cultural. White dude tries that... good luck. Y'all berate Archie Bunker white folk but make excuses for every other race that harbors much wider spread bigotry and raw hate of other races.

and then you can't understand where Trump gets his support. But I'm the one that will be labeled ignorant, bigoted and unenlightened.

Holy shit dude, get a grip. Nobody is making excuses for racism, on ANY side here. You're just making shit up at this point. The Mexican parents who don't let their kids date white guys are bigots, as are the white parents who do the same thing. Is it really that difficult to understand?

Do you need a tissue? Sounds like you've had a really tough time as an affluent white male and you're going through some stuff.

And fwiw, I grew up Brown and poor as hell and I feel I've lived a great life. No excuses from me. Head down, get your shit done, have fun after the work is done. Would have been nice to grow up with money, but no big deal. Life is good, even with so many Trump supporters calling me wetback and illegal lol. Not sure why you're so angry and playing the victim card, but more power to you. Playing the victim has worked for your boy Trump, so I get it.

It's a terrible idea for a White dude to date and or (especially) marry a Hispanic chick....

can confirm.

So Whiskey, I read and listened to a few more. I'll take your word he's a GOP guy, but the writing I read did not convince me. The only nice thing he had to say about anyone was Bernie on page 2. The rest was a bunch of whining and know-it-all rhetoric. At least he admitted in one article that he was wrong about the GOP embracing Trump after Super Tuesday. The guy is just to smart for my liking.

Trump is easily winning Indiana 54% to 32% for Cruz with 9% reporting. The only question is does Cruz get shutout or not.

Looks like Trump vs Clinton.

Wish Cruz would pack it in after this, but I'm sure we'll have to deal with bonus time of whining and talks of delegates.

Sorry for your luck ACamp. I had a few good experiences. The only bad one was with a girl who was so close to her mom, they shared the same menstrual cycle. #tooclose

I'm joking of course... I'm super blessed... just wanted to make some giggle before the thread got personal (again)... thanks for screwing it up fvkball..... (No wonder her family hates you)

I know buddy. Just playing along. Actually her mom still sends me Christmas cards. Calls me the "white boy that got away" lol. Nice family, just suffocating.

In all seriousness, one of my best friend and owner of the company I work at married a girl from Mexico and had 2 beautiful boys. His mother in law pretty much moved in and made it pretty hard for him to act like a father. After a year in counselling, the shrink basically told his wife to pick either her mom or him. She chose her mom.

All the fancy analyses of whether Trump could hit the magic number of 1,237 delegates probably go out the window with tonight’s results. According to FiveThirtyEight friend and expert delegate tracker Daniel Nichanian, who has tracked both unbound and bound delegates, Trump entered tonight with 991 delegates, needing only 246 more to reach a majority. From here, it’s pretty easy to see how Trump could run the table and end up with more than 1,400.

Indiana will probably provide Trump an additional 57 delegates tonight. It’s also easy to see how Trump could sweep New Jersey (51 delegates), Montana (27 delegates) and all 53 districts in California (172 delegates). West Virginia has a convoluted delegate selection process, but it’s possible Trump could win 30 of its 34 delegates. Trump now also may have a chance at winning Nebraska (36 delegates) and South Dakota (29 delegates).

New Mexico, Oregon and Washington award their delegates on a proportional basis, but let’s suppose Trump wins half of that pool of 96 delegates. That’s 48 delegates. Add it all together, and Trump would enter the GOP convention with 1,441 delegates. Wow.

From fivethirtyeight. I don't really see why Cruz/Kasish will stay in the race, but I know they will. If Trump can get over 50% in Indiana, he can do it in any primary going forward.

The bottom line is that 'moderates' continue to choose the GOP nominee, and they preferred Trump to Cruz. You have to sleep in the bed you make.

Moderates decide most presidential elections. There aren't enough Dems or Reps to win it alone. A fact both the libs and cons lose sight off.

This "bed" was made by Priebus and predecessors, the House and Senate, and well as Bush, Romney, et al. They had the money, the power, the rules, and an early start, and they shit the bed.

An awful lot of Republican voters will simply not vote for the guy. I probably will, but it is hard to blame anybody who won't.

I have said from day one I'd vote for anyone over Clinton...

seems the political gawds have a sense of humor.

Trump has 312,000 votes. Sanders and Clinton combined have 305,000.

If half of those that voted for Cruz and Kasich stay home in November, he still wins handily.

The Republican presidential candidate always wins in Indiana. If you made the same comparison for New York, Hillary had more votes than all three Republican candidates combined, and that was without counting any of Bernie's votes.
