Probably no reason for concern but Greg Little made an official visit this weekend to Tulsa. Apparently went for the visit with his friend and HS teammate, QB Mike Johnson who committed to Tulsa last weekend.

From what I've seen Little seems to be fairly solid on his commit. Let's hope he pulls through.

Tulsa vs ND

I think we should be OK.

I think Little just wanted to hang with his boy.

Tulsa is DIv-1, but they just lost their HC, Kragglethorpe, to Louisville. Little would not go to Tulsa, the only reason they were good was due to their HC.

I think he will be in South bend this fall. However it is not the craziest thought in the world to think he has looked at the glutton of WR at ND this season and had a small second thought. He probably said "yeah I can go hang with my HS QB this weekend for a free visit and just see how things look.". That being said if he has any confidence ( and from everything I have seen on him he should) He will be at ND to compete for some serious PT with all the young guys.

Isnt Malzhan Tulsa's new head coach, or something like that, and it was thought that Mustain may also join him there ??? From what I remember that what was last heard about that situation, even if so, Little will still be Irish. He said that he had been a silent since the summertime, and he knew of the WR haul that would be coming in with him this year, so the depth that we'll have obviously doesnt concern him. If i was 17-18, I'd take as many free vacations as I could too, especilally with the workload in the classroom, and on the field he has coming.

Malzhan is the OC, the guy who was the HC at Rice this past year is the new HC at Tulsa.

In fact, if I recall the announcement properly, Malzhan is actually the co-OC; WTF. The first word that comes to mind is co-nfusing!!!

Greg Little played exceptionally well at the AAA combine. He would have been a great player at ND. I am sorry to see him leave, but wish him luck. Our hopes are in the 2008 class. We need defensive and offensive linemen. We will have a stellar class in 2008.

well this sucks, he was one of the players that I really had high expectations for in this class, with all of his athletism and skill. I really have no respect for him now because he waited until signing day to back out of his commitment, not giving us anytime to try and pursue other players. I read somewhere that he said that UNC felt like home to him. I want to know why it felt like home now and not back in november when he originally commited. Lucky for us we have 18 guys who did honor their commitments, and I respect them for that.

I'm still pleased with this recruiting class as opposed to other years it was a good year. As far as Little goes thanks for waiting the last day after giving a public verbal and changing your mind on LOI day. I'm sure you'll have a great career at UNC:)
