I am dressed in ND blue jersey. My wife got it for me a few years ago. It has #30 on it. One fo the reasons I like it is because I don't know anyone else that owns an ND jersey with #30 on it. Maybe it's a fake? It's made by adidas. Even if it isn't an original, I really like it. Do any of you own an ND jersey with #30 on it?

My 4 year old is wearing a green ND hersey with #83. I am an not a huge fan of the green jerseys as I feel the tradition as been overdone of late, but he got it as a X-mas present from his God mother. So he is wearing that today.

My 5 year old girl is wearing her ND cheerleadeer outfit today.

That just leaves the wife and the 7 year old without ND stuff on. But the 7 year old outgrew her jersey and my wife, well, she's not into football.

But my family is definitely sporting the ND gear today!

Yes I am wearing a "dry-fit" kelly green polo with a ND logo on a triangular shield. Got it for xmas. It is probably one of the most comfortable shirts i have ever put on in my life.
Just found out my wife is pregnant ( yes it is mine) so i can only hope that whatever the baby will be, will be a ND as well. I am already getting the nursey together witha blue gold theme.

I did up an ND Nursery about 7 years ago. Painted th walls Navy Blue. Stenciled a big Gold ND on the wall. Got a fighting Irish tashcan with the leprachaun on it. The plastic piece that goes around the light switch was in the shape of a football. My wife knitted an ND baby blanket. Put up a "Play like a Champion today" sign in the room. Put up ND border (wall paper). And my favorite part was the ND mobile. We took a fisher price mobile and replaced all the things hanging on the mobile with:

1. My Joe Montana CHristmas ornament (a minature wooden statue of him)
2. My ND key chain (which was a soft football with an ND on it)
3. A little platic gold football helmet
4. A keychain with a little platic leprachaun on it dressed in Kelly green
5. A traditional "Ball Christmas Ornamanet" that is white with blue ND on it

It turned out great! I hated to sell that house when I moved.

I work nights and sleep days, so I'll be going to sleep soon.

When I wake up this afternoon, per tradition, I shall don my blue-and-white #3 jersey.

Should our boys come out wearin' the green, I shall let out a primal shout the likes of which has not been heard 'round these parts since... well, since the Army game, run down the hallway and swap my blue #3 for my green #83. Somewhere in that sequence, my girlfriend will shoot a disapproving look at me, then smile and roll her eyes. And all will be right with the world.

i have donned the ND "The Shirt 2006" (The one that has TRADITION across the front) over the top of a J. Crew button-up long-sleeve b/c I have to look somewhat professional for work .. it's still untucked though. My wife will be wearing the ole Ron Powlus #3 jersey tonight when we watch the game.

I wear a Notre Dame shirt just about every day. So yes I have one on now. I have a shamrock hat on as well. My 2 year old son is wearing his Notre Dame warm up suit with a notre dame shirt underneath. My wife is at work in her scrubs but when she gets home she will change into a ND shirt.

are they the samoa's? i was never a fan of the somoa shoe b/c of the bottom rubber of it. i never liked how it pinches in with the shoe and then the shoe comes back out. i have the green and gold gazelle's. more my style. i'm a big adidas shoe guy. i think i have about 7 or 8 pairs of the same shoe. just different color schemes.

I prefer Champion products. I resent addidas.
Champion is the company which made my first ND shirts, including the navy jersey with the # 1 on the front, which I bought in 1966. I have many photos of myself wearing that jersey, taken in various parts of the world. It wore out completely sometime in the early 1980s.

Today I have on a long sleeved navy T-shirt with 'Irish' in gold script on the front.
Since it is cold, I have a larger navy short-sleeved t-shirt over it, which has 'Notre Dame' letters in gold outlined in white on the front, and 'Irish' on one sleeve.

I carry a key chain/card wallet with 'ND volleyball' printed on it. I won it a few years ago from the athletic department website.

I have two green shirts, but prefer the traditional navy. I also prefer not to go with player's numbers, since they change over the years.

I also have a very old and very nice 'old gold' sweatshirt which I bought at an old shop in downtown South Bend (not Sonneborn's, the other one, Rasmussen's?) I don't wear it, just save it. I have a navy sweatshirt which says 1988 National Champions. (I may don that later tonight.) And I have a gray hooded sweatshirt I wear often: it has a green leprechaun on it, and navy lettering.

Then there are the sweatpants and shorts, but I rarely wear them.
I will wear the navy and gold winter cap with ND on it when I go outside tonight.

I also have various 'talismans' I can set out... a stuffed ND doll, various buttons, and an old glass 7-Up bottle from the 1973 Championship season. I'd almost forgotten about that bottle... the brother of a friend was throwing it out when I asked for it in 1976.

I used to have a Play Like a Champion Today T-shirt (back in the 90's) that has "disappeared" (it turned into my drinking shirt during Davingham.) It was not like the gold ones or blue ones I've seen available now. It was white with the sign on the back, but I haven't been able to find any. This was my favorite ND shirt ever and I would love to be able to get another. Has anyone seen any available anywhere? (I've checked Hammes, ndshop.com, and several other websites with no luck)

#83 Navy jersey on now but will probably change to my BQ whitle one for the game. Everyone in my house will have ND gear on.. including my daughter and son-in-law's Beagle, he has his own ND shirt!! We have the ND grill cover on, the ND banner flying, the ND trash can out, and the ND stuffed bear ready to go.. the bear plays the fight song and he gets to "sing" everytime we score!! Let's hope he gets to sing a LOT tonight!
We also have ND beer bottle coozies, beer mugs and shot glasses ready to go...
