Ran 600+ season games through a learning and prediction program.
The 6 power ratings and Rivals talents were much more
accurate forecasting the win margins compared to the actual
scoring.

Predictions were all over the place AND 'home' minus 'visitor'
scoring did not always equal win margins (rats!). So...

Separate training and testing for 'home' scoring and win margins.
Tested each run against the original games and picked home '21'
and home '-1' margin, respectively, from runs with the lowest
testing error...Tom
