Interesting video, showcases both Hendrix's talent and the reasons he didn't make it at ND. Really terrible gameplan too, something like 70% of his throws were to receivers 20+ yards downfield. Welch is a beast though, sucks that he couldn't thrive at ND.

My theory at work again, college guys first pros second and then boom the player ends up as a guy who gets a pension from the NFL. Talent always there body not used up and the reason they didn't excel in college is because they were there for college. Actually its a pretty good story.
