Na, I'll never (edit: rarely will I ever) change the line, unless it was an accident where I made the favorite the underdog. For example, if I made it ND -3.5. Can't penalize the people who hopped on a certain line early.

I think IE needs to head an investigation into his initial methods of obtaining those vbucks. If foul play is discovered, penalize him all of the interest he made after the point of illegally obtaining that lump sum.
