Great performance by Auburn today. It doesn't matter though. They beat Florida so the college football world will give them a pass for the rest of the year.

In case anyone is STILL afraid that Florida would kill ND, the team that beat the Gators just got killed by a team that needed last second heroics to beat Colorado and lost to Kentucky.

SEC "dominance' is a joke. I wish everyone wold get off this idea that a 1 loss SEC team is so much better than everyone else AND an unbeaten Big East team.

Auburn got absoluted PWN3D by Georgia today. They most certainly will drop below us.

Florida is struggling against The Ol' Ballcoach. Even if they pull out the win, might ND leap-frog them?

We could be as high as #5 in the BCS Standings tomorrow. There's no way there will be a repeat Michigan-OSU game unless it goes in to O.T. or something. Florida still has Florida State and the SEC Championship. Texas does still have the Big 12 Championship game too, and don't overlook Kansas State tonight. Let's just hope USC can beat Oregon and California next week. Can't forget about Rutgers either.

Wouldn't call us a great team, but I have yet to see a great team this year. Ohio state struggled against Illinois, Mich struggled against Ball f'n state, Florida has struggled against just about everyone, we looked bad against mich and some other lesser teams, wvu against louis., rutgers against UNC, USC against everyone in the pac 10, etc. The key for us is one stat, possessions, if we have at least 2 more possessions/turnovers then any oppenent we can beat anyone, our offense is that good...

Good question but I say definitely Yes becuase we are battling against the loser of Mich/OSU in the BCS standings. The higher SC is the better off we will be.

Irishfan, man, I am just speechless right now. The predictions you made, although not precisely the same week, are astonishing. We still have some work ahead of us, but the more I think about it, we really do have a chance. Today, November the 11th, has been an absolute godsend for Irish fans. As long as SC wins, we'll be ok. That way if we were to beat them then we would look even better. Climbing the ladder baby......
