Due to his performance at the Chicago camp he was invited to the Rivals Five Star Challenge. Was the WR MVP and they ranked him as the #1 offensive player at the Chicago event.

Wants to commit in August sometime, but BK told him his spot could be filled in June. Denbrock assured him he'd have a spot because he's "his guy." Wants to visit again with Nic Weishar.

Wonder who could take his spot in June? Or do you think BK was just referring in general to spots being taken up with commits possibly coming from the Irish Invasion?

I believe it was just in general. Boykin said he was told by BK that ND usually fills up in June.

Sanders possibly took the second and they won't take more than 3 in my opinion.

You know, this kid is a wide receiver. Not just an athletic tight end.

This kid suffers from his feet not "looking fancy."

But when you watch his camp film, he is as fast as just about anyone, he does cones fast. He cuts well. On routes he is just as likely to leave his defender behind, confused as anyone.

I think he suffers from his size and long stride. Maybe he doesn't have the instant gas of a CJ Saunders, but he is no slouch.

He also looks to be the kind of receiver that would be hard to reroute off of the line. Good to have a few of those.

Not skill for skill, but as a diamond in the rough, he kind of reminds me of Corey Robinson at this point. Lot of potential.

I wouldn't mind if we ended up with this guy at all.

He's very much reminds me of Mike Evans as there is no questioning his athleticism or even his speed for a player his heights and size and what he lack is the quickness of his burst.

I don't think this will be an issue because like Evans on deep routes he builds up speed because he's actually quite fast and on short quick routes he's got his size, strength and larger catching radius to make up the difference.

I'd be happy with any of them, but then I'm easy to please.

BGI reporting that he'll visit ND this Sunday for Tom Lemmings photo shoot. Then return at some point in June for an overnight visit.

With Crawford visiting OSU next week, I wonder if Boykin could pop this week

Very well could be the 9th Loy was referring to.

I also think there's a good chance Crawford leaves as a silent, and commits shortly after OSU visit.

I don't see the correlation between the two? Also, Boykin has other visits that he's planning.

I think he's saying with Crawford's commitment unlikely this weekend because of OSU visit, maybe Loy was referring to Boykin being the 9th? IDK, just speculating.

Ok, I'm not sure how much interaction Boykin is going to have with the staff this weekend. He's coming for Lemmings photo shoot. Since I don't know what that entails, I can't offer any insight on the possibility for a commitment.
