I'm not sure how many or you here remember when I first posted I was going to quit smoking. We'll, I passed the 6 month mark not too long ago. Now I'm training for a Triathalon (a sprint or mini triathalon not a ironman)! Anyone here reading this who smokes and is thinking about quitting. DO IT, it's the best thing I've ever done. I love not being a smoker anymore. Go here to get all the tools you need. Good Luck!!

I've now been off those nasty cancer sticks for Six months, one week, four days, 14 hours, 31 minutes and 35 seconds. 4890 cigarettes not smoked, saving $977.82. Life saved: 2 weeks, 2 days, 23 hours, 30 minutes.

Good for you!

Chew a lot of gum Saturday night?

NO, but a must have chewed a few hundred packs in the first month, and that's not exaggerating! You know, I didn't think once about smoking during the game and if that's not enough stress I don't think anything will ever be. Cool....

Congrats bro. One habit I would like to shake (but not til ND season is over). If the smokes don't get me first, the come from behind games will.
