The thing with Sherman:

Awful defense.
Bad hands.
Good offense.
Very good passing.

It's frustrating, but it balances.

When? If he catches inside of 15ft, it's going up. My favorite is when he starts backing down, as if it's literally only his guy and him on the floor. He has literally bounced it off of opposing players (I had this typed up at halftime, little did I know he'd do it again to start the second half).

2nd time this game we missed on 3 straight offensive rebounds. That is terrible.

Sherman has a reputation, verified by coaches' quotes, for being a very good passer out of the top of the key. For a big man, anyway.

The "worst" thing that could have happened to this team was to beat Duke. Now everyone thinks we should beat the Marylands and NC State's of the world. But, in reality, without Grant, we aren't very good.

They weren't good before Grant. These guys need to get their heads out of their asses. Too talented to be this bad, too talented.

They're up 15 at half on Virginia Tech. It'll be tough to blow this one.

They just keep running pick and roll with whomever Sherman is guarding.

He's the worst defensive player I've ever seen. I know he's a college kid, and he's one of ours, but he's just awful.

A win is a win, I'm happy about that. Also, I really like our small lineup we played a bit today: DJ, EA, SV, Beachem, and Connaughton. Not like we can get beat in the paint worse than with Sherman haha.

When all you recruit are 6-5 shooters with thin frames. Chances are they can't play defense.

The defense on this team is piss ass poor. This game is going off when they go down 20 points.
