PS : Cooking my first turkey solo for family. Sometime since yesterday when I came home with the butterball, it had a sign hanging from it with a picture and the name Horace on it. I supposed that was for me coming out from my bedroom yesterday with my over and under, shocking the hell out of everyone saying, "Time to go out and get the Turkey!"
