According to Scout, Brandon Washington has received an ND offer. Rivals has had Washington with an offer for 45 days, so it looks as though the Irish are going after this big time Miami inner city recruit. Washington's front runner is Miami, but he says that he will give ND & USC serious consideration during the recruiting process. One issue though is his preference to play right away as a Freshman, which would seem to be unlikely at either ND or USC.
