If anything, this is good news for Rose and the Bulls. While a torn meniscus is never a good thing, it's not nearly as bad as an ACL tear.

I suspect he'll have surgery next week and be out at least 2-3 months. Maybe the entire season depending on how the Bulls do. This does "ruin" their season, but I'm relieved that it wasn't an ACL tear. Could have been worse.

DRose can't buy a break. I am not confident that he has the psyche to come back from another acl injury. I'm not sure where the Bulls should go. I guess i'll just wait to hear exactly what is going on before speculating.
