BGI has confirmed as well.

He's three for three, so on the list he has gone.

Looks as though he'll end up at Mississippi State with his older brother. Hasn't announced a verbal yet, but all things being quoted make it seem to be the case. Only a matter of time.

Sherrod has stated he plans on making his decision within the next month but will not be visiting Notre Dame. As jigga said, I don't see him coming here in the slightest.

Nice. You've captured the tone of this board well.

Yeah, with the awful recruiting classes we're getting lately, we better win the NC this year before the stinkers from the recruiting class of 2007 get their hands on the ball. :)

That depends on what portion of the board you're talking about. Most of this panic isn't coming from Svoboda, moderators or Varsity Club members. Looks like a lot of newbies and trolling if you ask me.

Really, WTF is going on lately? You would think the sky is falling out here with the way some of these posts have read lately. I'd love to get every recruit at every top position, but people in hell want Aquafina.

So much of this crap is speculation to try and get people to buy subscriptions. Let's get some of these boys on campus and see how the 2006 season plays out. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the results. If guys like Arrelious Benn and Martez Wilson verbal to Illinois, then there will be problems. If any of the 8 verbals start to decommit, then there are bigger problems. Right now, they're pretty much where they were a year ago at this time. The bulk of the verbals came in August and once the season got going.

Nothing matters until the ink dries on Signing Day.

This is a broken record I'm putting away.

i agree. Why all the panic now before the season even starts and school hasn't even begun yet? If you were some of these kids wouldn't you want to take at least two or three of your official visits and take in some games and get a real feel for the atmosphere of gamedays? Let's not panic. We have 6 months and then some till signing day. This is a huge decision for these kids and they should also enjoy it. If I was a stud like these guys and I had schools chasing me down like Wilson, Benn and Gray do, I would take my time and go on official visits too. Of coarse when it was all said and done, ND would be my choice, but for some reason, they may not. Let's take it easy though. We got a long season ahead of us and if ND makes it through that first month without a lost, we will probably see quite a few committs after that.
