Okay, since it is the last month of Summer and the last month before we're back into college football season, the August Giveaway will be for Varsity Club Supporting Members only. Without you guys, we really couldn't do all of these cool giveaways throughout the year, or keep the site online for that matter!
Up for grabs this month is a copy of Time Magazine from November 20, 1964 with Coach Ara Parseghian on the cover with a headline of "The Fighting Irish Fight Again." The magazine is in very, very nice condition for being 42 years old, with the only real blemish being a dime sized area where the address lable was removed.
As you can see, this magazine is going to be absolutely gorgeous when framed and hung up in your Notre Dame room, or wherever you worship your beloved Fighting Irish. IMO, the picture just doesn't do it justice...but I am biased! Hah!
If you can name one more Notre Dame site on the Internet that gives out stuff as awesome as this, please let me know where to find it! If you're not a Supporting Member, don't fret!
