Week 3 regular season:

The Giants look worse than terrible.

The Packers look very average.

Are the Cowboys getting better or does St. Louis suck that bad?

The injury ridden Pats hanging in there.

Darrin Walls with the coverage on Robert Woods. Walls come up jawing and got a little shove from Woods. Love it.

The Steelers vs the Giants would be a close one.

Heard we were looking to trade Leshore for a WR. Not sure why they waited this long. Ever since Bush was signed it was public knowledge he wasn't gonna see the field. He hasn't seen the field so his value is minimal. Broyles is starting to look healthy. Would be nice for Theo to get some time at WR.

Watching Houston dismantle the Seahawks and Pete Carroll . Hopefully they can keep their feet on their throats for four quarters.

Edit: Nope, they couldn't hold on. Fk I hate the Seahawks.

Great game by the Colts.

I think Dallas fans are experiencing premature ejaculation and Manning is going to rip them apart.

So, I realize the Patriots have themselves to blame for even allowing the lowly Jets to take them into overtime, but they got absolutely screwed today and the NFL has been caught trying to cover it up: Misinterpretation costly for Belichick, Pats - New England Patriots Blog - ESPN

At the same time, it takes only a Google search to understand why there might be some misunderstanding about the rule. The league’s own website, NFL.com, had explained the rule this way for the past six weeks: “Team B players not on the line of scrimmage at the snap cannot push players on the line of scrimmage into the offensive formation.”

An accompanying video had NFL vice president of officiating Dean Blandino saying, “They cannot push from the second level, the down linemen into the offensive formation. … These techniques are dangerous, pushing into the offensive formation, and that’s why we want to get them out of the game.”

But within two hours of the conclusion of the Patriots-Jets game, the NFL.com article explaining the rule had been altered, the league perhaps sensing that there would be a lot more discussion about Rule 9, Section 1, Article 3 following Sunday’s controversial call.

The following sentence in the explainer was eliminated: “Team B players not on the line of scrimmage at the snap cannot push players on the line of scrimmage into the offensive formation.”

The sentence now reads: “Team B players cannot push teammates on the line of scrimmage into the offensive formation.”

To make matters worse, the official that threw the flag, Tony Michalek, is the same D-bag that screwed the Patriots in the 2007 Super Bowl. How did Mr. Michalek screw the Patriots, you ask? Well, on the David Tyree catch on 3rd and 5 with 1:04 remaining in the game, he didn't throw his flag on the blatant holding of Richard Seymour. This would have resulted in a 3rd and 15 from the NYG 34 yd line with a minute remaining. Admittedly, I know Mr. Michalek personally and he's told me himself that he screwed up by not throwing his flag on that play. He said, "I had my hand on my flag and was about to throw it, but I didn't. I made a mistake". I never really cared for him before he told me that, but since he did, the thought of him makes me sick.

Anybody watch the insane ending of the Cowboys/Lions? Watch closely, after Stafford's initial jump for the TD, Reggie Bush pushes him into the endzone. Gave me a terrible flashback.

I watched the end. I didn't see anyone push him, he just jumped up and reached over I thought? Now I'm looking for a replay.

That's correct and he scored there but he gave a second effort just in case and Bush pushed him in.

Being a Lions fan I'm seriously torn with the whole Bush transforms our O yet he is part of a terrible USC memory for me.
