Playstation NCAA 14 Dynasty

Got the friend request for PSN last night, but how do I go from there as far as joining the actual dynasty?

I think there's 1-2 left.. this round should get us to 7-8. We're scheduled to advance to Week 1 on midnight Sunday, per our normal schedule, so get your red-shirting and recruiting board set up this weekend!

Just played Week One. Might just be me, but here are my observations.

1. Either I (or by extension, UCF) suck or Akron might be going to the NCG.
2. Too many "Roughing The Passer" penalties. I had three, they had two or three at least.
3. Their QB seemed pretty accurate for a guy with a rating of 69 Overall and an accuracy of 79. I think he missed two passes all day.

All in all though not bad. Running was real, defense was decent. We just got into an aerial war and the difference was my QB fumbled in the second quarter and they ran it in for a TD. Proved to be the difference. But, I will say I see how sh*t is now...they let me get out of my game plan because I took Akron for face value (a lower ranked and rated team). They were up on me 31-21 before I realized it and they just kept coming. Aight dicks, I see how it's gotta be...that's cool CPU...got something for your ***.

Played my game also and agree with you, other teams QB is very accurate and to many roughing the passer penalties. I won but not by much looking forward to the season and getting some new fast recruits!!! I will be back Friday to play my game, good luck boys!

Just got done playing FCS East and it was way too close for comfort lol. I ended up winning 35-28.

Whoever gets to play FCS East, just remember that Tim Tebow plays QB for them. He finished the game at 17-22 with 175 yards, 16 carries for 98 yards and 3 total TD's. I couldn't contain him.

I've already started the Heisman campaign with my running back though. He finished with 224 yards and 4 TD's on 11 carries.

Let's hope the D steps it up next week.

Yeah, trust me, these additional settings make Heisman difficulty no longer playing around.

You know one thing that pisses me off that EA does? Why give you the ability to create a custom playbook and then make it really hard to access it in various ways? Like in practice mode...online user vs. user...or especially the Ultimate Team mode? You want to get super acquainted with your playbook...but then half the time it doesn't work right or something. It's annoying.

Yeah that's one thing they need to address. Not having access to my custom playbook in our online dynasty last year was an interesting challenge. Sometimes it worked fine, but other games would always freeze at kickoff if I had my custom playbook loaded.

I decided to use WKU's stock playbook for most user games, and it really limited what I like to do with my running game.

This year I've been pretty happy with Cincinnati's stock "multiple" playbook, and UCLA's "air raid" playbook with a few useful pistol formations thrown in. Still trying to decide what I want when I throw a custom set together.
