His ratings are obviously bad.

His tape I thought looked really good, but I cannot for the life of me judge speed.

I'm with you there, I'm lost when it comes to judging speed on tape.

Ways doesn't look like a burner, but he's certainly not what I'd call slow. His film looks much better than the three 3* WR's that Brady Hoke took in 2013, and he does look faster on tape to me than both Jarron Dukes and C'sonte York did. I'd be comfortable calling those two guys "slow" on tape, even though I can't judge that stuff for the life of me.

Ways' tape looks pretty good to me. The competition DCD faces isn't that bad. Same high school as Jonas Gray.
