Irishenvy's Vince Young was nice enough to tape the Lakeland-Aquinas state title game for me. At halftime of the game, they had a story about the three Aquinas linemen Young-Wenger-Gilbert.

Sam Young's mom is a teacher and his parents, who seem like very good people, have instructed their son that he is to get a degree. This is a kid with the frame and potential talent at his position to be a first round NFL draft pick.

I think the chemistry of the current verbals, especially the o-line, and the "40 year commitment" bring him to South Bend....today, this weekend and in August.

SC is recruiting Steve Schilling and Andre Smith a lot harder than Young.

Yeah, or one helluva bad and depressing interview. I'm pretty sure he's a lock, otherwise, the USC hatred would be at an all-time high after an interview like this:
