Catholics and GreenSox, welcome! You're absolutely invited to join in our little war of football attrition. All I need you to do is send me your PSN ID so I can send you guys out invites. We advance every Thursday and Monday night at some point fairly late, so two games a week minimum. Sometimes we sneak in more but it varies. Those are concrete advance dates though unless someone contacts me with a problem we may wait for.

Currently, the Big East, ACC and Pac-12 are woefully represented. However, feel free to pick whomever you like. We're going to start round robin playing user vs. user this season but here in the early goings I'll try to match people up a little bit based upon perceived skill level and team quality. We'll see. Anyway, PM or post in here your PSN ID and I'll get you rolling.

Just shut down a cheeser and it was not fulfilling. HB Screen = WIN when someone uses a nano blitz to send 9, every down. Hell, I don't think I'm going out on a limb when I say I play the most aggressive defense in the OD, but I vary up my blitzes and play the field as well. I just want some good, clean games. Punt on 4th down, etc.


P.S. Like we laughed about earlier in the season, if Alamo could run the O and I ran the D, you'd all be Phorked.

Yeah, I think "corn coupons" would make a great name for unethical extra benefits afforded to players! Might have to bring that into the program. I'm actually starting to have some players on both sides of the ball now...that's a relatively scary thought.

Going back over my roster....I have a recruit missing...I am in the cut players section so it actually shows the freshmen coming in...Thurman Moore isn't there. I didn't cut him. WTF

Upon a second look...at this point AFTER position changes...the CPU has not put the ATH recruits in the proper spots...they have them listed as ATHs...which don't have their own category...so the only way to find them is to look at the ALL recruit option...nice EA

They are moved to the proper positions in the game. Not on the website.
The site just has them displayed, and even HIDDEN in a way during the cut portion...this could screw up my position numbers a little...but that is fixable next year.

I am stoked for this season's recruiting!
Tulsa is gonna have some 5 star's interested.

I'll be generating the schedule tomorrow, and I have moved Tulsa into the Big XII North division. I also moved Boise State back to the MWC since they changed their mind on the Big East, and moved Troy State to the Big East to fill the void. (Funny thing is, on my other dynasty Troy is #2 in the country on their own). Please set up your depth charts, recruiting boards and redshirting as we'll be off and running tomorrow evening for Season Three!

I just skimmed through the player rosters and I like what you've done with your inaugural class Beau. Reloading on defense!

I was a little shocked how many wide outs a few of you have on the roster. I counted eleven on one team!

I love the first week of recruiting during the season. Love those insta-commits! It's like an early christmas present via videogame.

Also, there doesn't ever seem to be a shortage of quality offensive linemen in recruiting. In my experience, most of the 5-star OL end up taking a ratings dip after scouting, while the lower-rated 4 stars and 3 stars seem to almost always get huge bumps once you scout them, usually into the 75-80 range. Very easy to find gems amongst the OL.

The season is ready to go, only waiting for Tulsa and Oregon I believe. Everyone has one user vs. user game (unless you share a conference), and everyone has an A+ schedule. Seriously, Troy State could be #1 after we, the Top #25, decimate each other. I think everyone of us nearly plays Auburn, so look for a tough year out if the Tigers! Everyone has six home and six away games, and everyone has 12 games plus a potential conference championship berth. The user vs. user match ups are:

Wisconsin vs. Oregon
Texas vs. Tulsa
Nebraska vs. Tennessee
BC vs. Notre Dame
