Why italics? You should definitely say that.

Does anyone know the possibility of us playing a home and home against OSU sometime in the near future? I really really really want to play them.

Okay I'll say that if I see him. We are dealing with NW officals not really Fitzergerald so I doubt I will see the guy again but you never know.

As for the OSU thing. Nothing is schedule but I would love to play them. Urban Meyer is friends with Kelly. Meyer while at you UF was visiting family in Ohio and attended UC spring practice when Kelly was there and came away impressed the way Kelly's team practiced. They have been friends since. That is probably why Meyer picked ND to win last night. If the coaches wanted it they could make this happen.

Lot of my Buckeye friends are already harassing me as they're the only undefeated team this year now. I like both teams, love the Irish more, but it's difficult to stomach the Buckeyes that hate the Irish.

You must shed yourself of this unnatural attraction to the Buckeyes. As a fellow Ohioan, I tell you they are the spawn of Satan and they hate ND with a hatred more poisonous than a truckload of botulized mushrooms.

Oh, and if the NCG next year is Bama v O$U, I'll be rooting for the refs. I couldn't pull myself to root for either after last night.

The Bama at Texas A&M game is huge next year. With LSU having to play UGA and UF while Bama and A&M don't have to play any SEC East heavyweights (other USC, UGA, UF) means that the SEC West and probably the national championship is on the line that game.

I'm confident if ND went 10-2 and won the Capital One Bowl that many here would have been super excited for this past season. Yet, we go 12-1 and got punched in the mouth in the Natty against a team that nobody else was beating.

I'll take it.

Your team had a remarkable season, but I disagree with the last part of your statement: A&M proved Bama was indeed beatable. IF your team had a good game plan going in, used offensive production to take Bama out of its game plan, and had a defense that was able to rise to the occasion, Bama was there for the taking. Sadly, none of this happened on Monday night, so the outcome was foregone. Good luck in the coming season, guys!

A&m got bama at the perfect time. Coming off of an emotional hard fought win at lsu. Lacy was banged up. If bama had a month to prepare for a&m bama I think easily takes them

So, do we still claim this as a national championship like Bama did in 1973?
