Not sure really. I am behind Iowa, and I play them this coming week (you can be assured those ***holes are going to taste turf...dre is done f'ing around). But, they still have a one game lead on me in conference so they need to nosedive for someone else I believe. It's weird paying attention to the conference standings (since I've always played an Independent). It's all good though...Nebraska has some great pieces, and I actually managed to secure a decent recruiting class for what they need despite taking over mid-season. So, we're coming...just moving a bit slowly.

I have a year jump on you, but at a far less attractive place for recruiting.
You're coming along just fine...your current class ranks just ahead of mine last I checked.
Keep it up.
I think if you beat Iowa maybe you get the tie breaker with an even record...
That would put you in the conference championship game.

Yeah, I hopped around a bit too because I always play Notre Dame so I was kind of at a loss. However, I will say that next season will start doing some round robin play...and you are on the side of the SEC to play McManus for the SEC crown if you want so you have that going for you.

Oh, BTW, an interesting thing I thought I would introduce is a handfull of created recruits each season that we can search out and find, then try to land. They would be people the likes of which the computer never generates (like the 235 lb. HB with a 95 speed, etc.) I thought that would be interesting...like hunting for Easter eggs and then trying to land them against the power programs. What does everyone think?

It's very difficult to make them realistic and not completely overpowered.
But if you can do it, I won't object.

I actually have come across guys 240+ with 4.4 speed...

I don't get how you do this fairly though. You would know who the guys are and be choosing what state they're from.
