Don't believe this kid is a Tight End. Don't really see any video of him blocking a big DE or down on a big D Tackle. Definitely a Wide Receiver. Has great hands. Also the competition that he is playing looks doesn't appear to be very good.

Well other than speed, everything can be learned to a degree. Great blockers have great balance and hip explosion. I see all of his blocking DB's or crack back blocks.
