but the Tenth should be in the top 5.

I personally like banning slavery more than prohibiting unreasonable searches and seizures, but to each his own I guess.

Lol, I was thinking the same thing. That's the only really egregious error for me, after a quick look

Some may seem more or less important than others, until such time you didn't have that particular right anymore. It definetly makes you think about things though.

Idk, one is fixing a horrible mistake, the other is an affirmative right against a powerful and often corrupt government. Fourth Amendment has always been my favorite.
