Campus for BCS game?

Just wondering if anyone knows what to expect on Notre Dame campus for the night of the game? I've considered going to Miami, but quite honestly would rather be at ND. Plus, game tickets are insanely expensive. Since I live in Canada, I thought this might be a fun way to watch the game with a lot of people who would care as much as I do.

Any insight is appreciated.

The game is during Christmas/ Winter/ Semester break, so I doubt anything serious will be going on

Even though it is during break, I've gotta think being in South Bend/on campus would be a hilarious amount of fun.... and a damn sight more affordable than South Beach.

They'll probably have it playing on the jumbotron.

if (ahem, when) ND wins this game, any current students who are on campus will congregate at Stonehenge and/or the library reflecting pool. Both will be drained...but there will probably be a snowball fight or something.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I'll probably go. There's nothing like being on campus and surely there will be some fun game watches on. Even if it is during the winter.

i imagine eddys street will have a lot going on. Just because noones in school, doesnt mean the majority of people living in the area wont be going crazy.

Even if no one is on campus, I would still love to watch the Irish win the National Championship and then just go openly weep at the Grotto.

Legends, Brothers Bar, O'roukes , Linebacker, Mulligans, BWW, Tilted Kilt, Bar Louie Will be the Hot spots as they are for every game. arrive at least a hour early or you won't get a good view on a big screen

Campus life is literally cut by 70% around break.
