I really liked the part where Notre Dame beat its arch-nemesis, USC, to win a spot in the National Championship game.

There were other good parts but--when it comes right down to it--that was my favorite.:cowboy:

Yeah beating USC to go play for it all is pretty sweet. That goal line stand was epic. I guess they found out there's no QUIT in this year's team.

Yes his faced said it all. He knew he was in trouble when they couldn't get in for the one 3 different times.

Yup his face was great and add to the fact he was spinning his play chart was awesome.

I have a question on that part....was the pass complete? I thought the receiver dropped the ball? What is your take?

Well the two line judges called it a touchdown. Im almost positive he caught that. Lucky for us that Lame Kiffin is an idiot

The faces of the ND players and coaches. I wish I could have been there with a boom box and blasted the Alma Mater for them.

So,when does Mark May wear the leprechan suit?

He did last night on college finale. I was watching it at 3:45 am due to excitment and the amount of jack daniels i drank. It was a beautiful sight to see

It was pretty weak. He was in it for about 10 seconds, and didn't wear the pants or the hat. He sang the first 2 lines of the fight song and walked off stage. He needs to wear it for the entire episode. Coward.

My favorite part was the fact that in the fourth quarter SC was beaten and bloodied. They have been beaten this year, but when have you ever seen the SC Squad just lay like that, and not want to get up?

Hey dude! I wondered about that at first then Herbie said something. I think the ruling on the field of TD may have been overturned because he did not have posession in the endzone. I am not good at that stuff; but Herbie seemed to be on it until the timeout granted negated it.

What did SC have nine plays inside the five yard line in the fourth quarter? That would have been ten! Just think; that was roughly twenty percent of the nights plays for SC and it resulted in ------ three points! Another favorite thing!

My favorite part of the game was how we continued to commit pass interferences against LEE, that is a very good way to frustrate a cocky USC wideout

Another good part was the sack to end the game. My 12 year old son even hooped it up on that. Too funny.

BAll hit the ground. Never had control. QB made a bad throw because the pressure was intense. Goal line stand for the ages! Epic!!!

And a certain Trojan RB named Silas Redd left Penn State and went to USC. Ended up with a worse record than Penn State, and he ended up with less yards than the RB who stayed at Penn State. Very fitting.

Did anything else go on in the world yesterday? Is so, I missed it.

When Manti checked on Martin told me everythind we already knew about his leadership and team unity. That reminded me of a team leader at FLA named Tebow.

After watching the replay, the near side judge signaled TD and then appeared to signal no catch. I actually think Kiffin saved them with that T.O.

THE goal line stand...what a fitting way to end the season (regular)...ya know, i would think that by now (especially after the stanford game) that kiffie would realize you're not gonna just line up and ram it down this d's throat...he's got alot to learn...my brother and i were watching and (drinking heavilly by this time) yelling bring it on, just keep trying that you fool...i may have got a little chubby right then

Indeed...Thats gotta make you look in the mirror and ask WTF was I thinking? Hindsight though...SC was the pre-season #1, and he was leaving a dumpster fire...hard for me to blame him too much.

My gripe was...The NCAA never should have allowed that...SC was officially still being sanctioned. How can a sanctioned team benefit from another being sanctioned...just stupid.

He counts towards next year's schollie count, so not only did he ultimately not make a difference, but there's also 1 less scholarship to work with. Good times.

The goal line stand at the end was the best part for me. Loved how the D stuffed the run 3 times and then Wittek desperately tried to hit the FB. ND's defense just said:
