Just got word from my father that he got tickets for the game! Just wondering if anyone was going to be tailgating before the game and hopefully we could meet up for a few pregame chillies. it would be cool to meet some of the members on here and talk a little ND football.

i'm there. me and my buddy flying from boston to cleveland thursday night. his brother flying from NC friday morning. bringing just about the entire family including 2 first timers! gonna be a blast! not everyone has tickets yet. Cool thing is, they don't care! btw - where is the best place to watch on campus without a ticket? preferrably one that sells beer and food!? thanks.

Legends, the bar/restaurant on campus, is a big improvement over the Alumni/Senior Club, but it may be crowded. Between the Buns, which is right on SR 23 within walking distance of the campus, also gets high notes, even though I've never been there. If you want to drive a bit, Macri's in Mishawaka (by the mall) has great food, huge beers on tap and lots of big-screen TVs.

I had a ticket and transportation for the game, but I am passing it up for a few days in the Carribbean. grin: grin:

My brother and dad that I am going with live in Seven Hills. I am also bringing my converted Terps fan to a ND Fanatic, hillbilly fried from PA with me. Should be a good time.

Count me in...I live in S.Bend about 1 1/2 miles from campus.Where are we going to meet to tailgate? I know of a good place to park and tailgate off Ivy Rd 3 blocks in from Edison Rd on the right hand side of the street{$10 to park} a cpl hundred feet from the east entrance to campus. Get back to me and let me know who's interested. GO IRISH!!!
