True story: My Dad announced one evening at dinner that any of us boys who had thoughts of getting a tattoo better make sure they could lick him first, because he said he would remove himself if we couldn't. I asked if he had given any thought to the method he might employ for the removal and he laughed.

I just take issue with people so set in their opinions, or in this case prejudices, that they can't understand or at least tolerate meaningful tattoos as art...
