The ref makes me think of NDinLA in particular.

I sent him a PM about it before I posted it here. There are some old timers on the board (or still off the board) that would have a hard time choosing whom to assign that ref's slow smile to NDinL.A., HCTI, or myself.


It's a much nicer place today than it was a couple of year's ago.
