Ironically, Diaco played the run and gave Michigan single coverage....and Zbikowski sometimes overplayed the run and got exposed too.

Yea, I'm sorry, but Zibby isn't the greatest cover safety, but hell, this team would be 10000000x better to have him just on punt return.

Zibby had his strengths (punt returns!!!), but man, nobody bit on play-action and got beat over the top than he did. Sometimes we romanticize what our former players did once they are gone. I love Zibby, but I would scream at the TV, just like I did Saturday night, whenever he got beat deep, which was often.

He often missed tackles simply by trying to knock a guy down instead of wrapping up. I do like the guy though.

Yeah he was pretty over aggressive and did play the run more than what he should have, what are NDs options though for secondary? Since Gray will not turn his head when the ball is in the air. I mean really? 3 TDs thrown on him saturday??
