Zach Frazer is currently on his 2nd visit to ND. He was supposed to visit for the B&G game but moved his visit up.

I'd rather have Jones because he's a dual threat QB. He's been drawing comparisons to Donovan McNabb.

Frazer is Weis' top choice. Weis offered him first I believe....

Jones is better at this stage than McNabb was.

Frazer would probably be a better fit as a Tom Brady clone for Weis' offense.

Butt McNabb had the benefit of Kevin Rogers. Not quite as formidable as what Bill Diedrick did with Bledsoe, but it is certainly up there. ;)

Is it certain we want both of them as quarterbacks? If Jones is this athletic, maybe he could be a reciever, and we could take both of them. That would be awesome. :footballh

I would rather have Frazer, personally. I'm more of a fan of pocket QB's I guess, and he fits the system better.

And it would be great if Jones wanted to come to ND to play wide-out, but I doubt he will, he's just too good for that. He could start at QB at so many places. I mean, he's getting compared to McNabb so much, even I'll admit that's not bad company to be associated with (and I HATE the Eagles).

Jones will not play WR when he can go to Illinois and start at QB.

Again, I'd love to see ND get them both. It is a tough sell, but other schools have done it. If USC can get Sanchez to come there with Leinert and Booty hanging around, it can be done.

Tennessee has a system with Ainge and Schaefer that ND could implement if they wanted to. I don't think that is Weis scheme, though.

I have a feeling Frazer is going to ND and Jones will sign with Zook at U of I.

I'd like to see Frazer go to ND...I think he will fit into Weis' attack. I live in central PA and heard great things about Frazer this year...strong arm, accurate, tough, etc.

If he holds the PA single season passing yards record, that is something to raise an eyebrow at. Think of some of the guys that have come out of there in the last 20 years.
