You know it is absolutely amazing how hard our coaches are working the recruiting scene. I think this new rule will actually be a positive for the ND staff. I have heard of literally dozens of recruits stating that our coaches were either the first to contact them by phone(Weis) or first to actually get out to their high schools, since the evaluation period began a couple of weeks ago. There are so many kids on our radar that just don't get mentioned on a regular basis that we tend to forget about them. Believe me our official visits will be full of 4 and 5 star players this season. WE WILL LAND ANOTHER TOP 10 CLASS THIS YEAR EASILY BECAUSE WE HAVE THE HARDEST WORKING STAFF IN THE COUNTRY

I do think we have to win more this year than last to keep this class as one of the top rated.

I do agree with you that our coaching staff is a group very talented recruiters. They've been outworking just about every other program in the country on the recruiting trail.

Now it's time to start seeing results come this season and beyond. I love the way we are recruiting but we need to see more production out there especially from that OL class of 2006 that was supposedly the best OL haul that year.

Just wait til we actually do start getting the results. Then we'll have the hardest working staff pitching a winning program rather than a 3-9 program (not to mention the tradition, academics, and national exposure). Right now a top ten class takes a lot of effort but soon they'll just be falling into the staff's lap.

But I do agree these guys understand what it takes to get the best ND types in here and will continue to do so...
