Can you verify that the front page is adless now? I've just finished re-coding the front page and you shouldn't see any advertisements.

Please let me know.

no im not seeing any ads. I do have a bit of a problem for like the lost month or so whenever i sign on it never redirects me and i have to click the link to be redirected and then if i dont go straight to new posts i have to re login everytime i click on something. Not sure if its my browser or what but its annoying.

Yeah, I'd clear your browser cache. Are you running Internet Explorer?

1) Click on Tools | Internet Options
2) On the General Tab under Temporary Internet Files, click on Delete Cookies and click Ok.
3) Under the same area, click on Delete Files, tick the Delete All Offline Files and click Ok.
4) Close the Internet Options dialog and close Internet Explorer.

After you do this, reopen Internet Explorer and sign into the site. It should set a new cookie which should alleviate the issue you mentioned. It's definitely on the browser.

Just as a note, as a non varsity member, it appears that the yahoo ads near the footer is now gone. I just wanted to let you know in case it was accidentally removed while setting up the ad-free page for the varsity members.

Just kidding. They appear to be back now.

The ads are gone, but now the recent threads are where the ads use to be and not at the bottom of the page.

Yeah thats weird. I signed in today and completely missed the threads. Can we have them back in the middle of the page? Just easier is all.

Nah, I'm going to leave them on the right hand side as it cuts the page size by 40%, which means the site will load faster.

I see Notre Dame tickets and Find law ads right below the menu bar (Home, Forums, User CP ...)
