I think its obvious that Evan is a better backup...able to provide that needed spark. His accuracy is lacking. Once again the offense has done absolutely nothing in the first half.

How is it that USC can start 3 backups on the o-line but we can't get consistent pressure on their QB?

I noticed our defense tiring about the 7 mins left mark in the 2nd Q.......thinking the 2nd half is gonna be ugleee with a capital U.

So much for you Sharpley lovers. At least Clausen can hit 5-10 yard passes and not throw the ball over a 6'5" WR by four feet. Bring in Clausen.

Someone should tell our offense there's only two minutes left in the game everytime they go out there. Sharpley can only seem to hit guys in the hands (compared to five feet over their heads or behind them) when there's little to no time left in the game.

Someone tell Schwapp if he catches the balls that hit him in the hands, he gets to turn up field and hit someone. Drop it, and you look like a dummy.

Once again, drive killing stupid mistakes. Some teams can make up for it if they drop balls. we can't!

its going to be as ugly as those pants if we don't move the ball on O. Sharpley is 9/19 with 82 yards... lot of drops & inaccuracy. All I know is this fUSC team is very beatable if we had an O.

Special teams... again not so special. I think CW's experiment of having every coach have a small amount of responsibility to special teams is not working.

Against a defense that is playing 10 yards off our wideouts? We still can't move the ball when USC is pressuring the QB, and bumping our wideouts.

Interesting thought. But playing like a champion is not just about winning. Perhaps this team should get a sign that says, "Play like you've played football before."

Brady Quinn is gonna be 1 hell of a football coach.

At least the commentators recognize that blame is spread across the offense. WR not getting open; when they are, Sharpley misses the pass; when he's not being pressured because the OL is not blocking.

I will say that Thomas did well on the few runs he's been given. How many running plays have been called? Seems like we;ve abandoned the run again.

If we can't execute simple crossing routes, why is the f---ing genius calling complicated screen passes that the defense can easily anticipate since there is no running game or deep passing threat??

I admit Thomas made some dumb mistakes (personal foul during Penn St) and hasn't been impressive at RB. But who's the idiot who decided our starting running back should be the guy who played linebacker last year, and never got alot of snaps even when he was a running back?
