I think getting cave is a real good statement to the rest of the recruits out there. If you look at the big men we brought it, it shows we are going to make a point of winning the battle in the trenches, so kids you can either join us or get mauled by us.

You never know, McDonald might pull the trigger when he comes on his extended visit in April. At one point many thought he might end up being ND's first commit in the class.

That's one major step on a road back to glory. Getting a program so good that local kids work harder to play at your school. Look at all the major recruiters. Does Mac Brown even have to leave Texas to recruit? On top of that to get players who were on Michigan's list is a fine bit of news indeed.

Hold on there stonebreakerwasgod , ND only had 1 commit at this point last year, so we are already 3 times better off at least for a day. Aaron Nagel committed on 3/6/06. The third commit was not until 4/22/06 when JC committed. Seriously, though it seems unlikely that there will be anyone else this month (hope I am wrong). Maybe when Anthony McDonald & Dayne Crist come to visit next month, ND will pick up a twin commit.

Very good start. Cave will be good and Goodman I don't know that much about. But we gotta get Defense I want Filer, Cwynar, Long (Howie's Boy), McDonald, Bryant, Fleming, Hill. How come we haven't offered Brewster. If we land those and then some ohh boy.

Which Brewster- Nolan? According to both Scout & Rivals, Nolan Brewster is locked in on Florida & Texas, I'm sure the staff knows that and did not want to waste an offer on him. It's also probably the reason why Dan McCarthy received an offer on Saturday.

Seems like the Big Boys want him and his Brother goes to ND and is a heck of a safety offered by LSU, O$U and Oklahoma. Yeah. I want him.

If I were a betting man, I'd say that McCarthy is going to be the next commit because of his strong ties to ND and he just recently got an offer.
