Nothing official has been released from ND about Schmidt, but the general consensus is that- yes.

Very nice and interesting read.
yeah good read and i am really strongly on your side in that we need to improve in ohio and florida prolly the most. I'd love to grab some texas talent but LSU has already monopolised all the guys that texas doesnt get, florida recruiting usually is more open (although miami and fsu seem to have an enormous amount of locks)
