My iPhone 16GB 3GS will thank you if you can help me, because if you can't, it's going to meet with an untimely death underneath the tires of my car.
I have downloaded iTunes, I have tried to sync it, and it freezes halfway through. I restored factory settings, deleted my email accounts from it, and it won't stop freezing. I've been pissing with it for 2 1/2 hrs now. The geeks online at the forums are no help. It does need the new software update, but since I can't get 688 iTunes off it, I'm afraid to go through with the update because if I lose my iTunes, Steve Jobs will get beat down! haha. But seriously, if you can help, I'll be forever grateful! Please explain this in as easy terms as you can, because I'm not up to speed with all the technical jargon. I used to be married to a techie, but he was an uber douche so I tuned him out. Never thought he'd be useful. Please help me.
