Statistics about decommits and transfers?

I was wondering if someone can help me. I seem to recall over the last year either an article posted on IE or that I read somewhere on this topic. The basic idea was that if a commit decommited during his recruiting process he was more likely to transfer at some point and if he had decommited multiple times ala Aaron it was almost certain (somewhere near 100%).

Anyone else recall this that could post the article? This statistical info if true could help in leading the staff towards or away from certain players they are recruiting so they can avoid the AL sagas again.

I do know this, of all our big name transfers, none had any significant NFL career over the last 10 years
